Afaik, there is no mod-guide at all.
Especially as every mod is verry different, it wont make any sense, imo.

Just grab any existing balance mod and check out whats done. This side is pretty simple. Mostly blueprints (not even scripting, more like lookup-tables), barely you will need to change some .lua files.

If you still fail to create anything working, feel free to message me and I'll give you a startup.

i came up with a couple of balance ideas i wanted to test and now with the mod vault i was going to create a test balance mod.....however i have no idea where to start or if there is even a guide to get the files and test them
