Open up the ini file and add ForgedAlliance.exe to the autoFF portion, this makes it automatically fullscreen when you start the game. You can also just press ctrl+end to turn a game/application into windowed fullscreen.

If you don't know what it is, you probably don't want it, but Borderless fullscreen windowed is the display option of having a game run in a window but appear to be running in fullscreen.

So, how do I do it?!

there's two ways, both shown in this wikia here - http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Borderless ... n_windowed

The first is ShiftWindow, and the second is GameCompanion. Both work for me, with one slight problem where shift window will only work for my second monitor, and GameCompanion for my main one, but I've worked around this by using both. There's some other ways mentioned, but I've just used these as they get the job done for me. Enjoy!
