unpopular thing to do but i am one of the few to use wasd to scroll around .. sadly i can´t do this in vanilla FA :/

wow, how much time did you take time to write your utlimate configuration file ?
I guess you do it step by step, when you think something is missing...
I did not know for combination of Key + ctr + alt + shift

I would use all, or nearly all Hotkeys for building, Then useful commands: Move, Reclaim, Attack move, patrol, repair, pause, upgrade, set The queue to infinite, cancel the whole queue and stop the factory, cancel the whole queue except the current thing that it's building
Useful selection hotkeys: Select nearest idle engie, select nearest idle scout, cycle through idle factory, select All Intis/Asafs, select air units on screen, select all idle engies at screen, select all units of the type you have selected.

Remember that you can use combination of Key + ctr + alt + shift
Eg. I have move order under Q, shift verion of move - Shift + Q, select all fighters ctr + Q and select all fighters on screen - ctr + alt + Q

not sure what you mean by "standart" hotkeys. i also use kind of my own way. i just added hotbuild hotkeys on top of the useless default hotkeys. i would recommend you to add pause and spread attack

wow, okay, That's nice.
But I have to configure all shortcuts I want ? Isn't there already a file with custom shorcut ?

I'd like to us the shortcut proposed, but I don't see how to download a file with this configuration.
Isn't there a "set" of game.prefs file we can use ?
Also I'm french, so I'll have to change some shortcut (A<=>Q, etc) Maybe another french guy did this job ?

hotbuild is integrated and set as the default keybindings on a fresh profile if i remember correctly. Otherwise you can just press F1 in game and set it up as you like. do not load the hotbuild mod manually.

Hey community !

I am replaying FA after a long break, and I only played ladder match for now. And I see there are a lot of interesting mods available (like hotbuild).
But I don't manage to use them in ladder game : so I was asking my self : is it a limit to ladder match so that both players plays in similar conditions ?
