I don't think this is the best thread for this.

But there has been another faction created and implemented into FAF as a featured mod. Its called the Nomads. Check them out

Seems it's been awhile since this particular post was discussed. I'm an experienced game artist (published) and have obsessed over TA and now it seems SupComFA. I have the idea to create a new race, one based entirely on living energy, and was directed to check out this unit editor as it might have strong benefit to creating the units as I see them. Has any further progress been made on this front-end? It seems really promising, though I'm not sure if it would be the only thing required to create new units. There are likely many other files that have to be created/edited in order to include from-scratch units. Please let me know.

I've done it for myself, it works with FAF codebase, and I don't really care about anything else.

All the bp not having categories and/or description. Mostly some props that are not even used in the game.

That's because of the props/civilian building.

It's designed to work with FAF code (you won't have any problem with it).
