Besides I'm uploading sample of a UI re-texture mod, consider as in basic refinement to standard supcom than complete update, for Uveso to look at as I messaged him for help, can someone please do that and tell me if shadowing the text I added up can be done in this case?

These are the files I've modded to suit my use:

I mean, this?

turns out like this whenever you open new dialog box

In the mean time anyone give me a proper website I can download the latest SupCom 1 retail updates in complete order? Is it good if I jump right on 1.1.3280 for most complete experience?

Since you are new to modding, you may find this link usefull:
http://supcom.wikia.com/wiki/Beginners_Tutorial._SC/FA_Creating_an_Upgradeable_Structure.
(Search for .SCD)

If you are mod/change the main menu or the lobby menu, then you can't do it with a mod that is located in the /mods/ folder.
Mods are only active after you start a gamesession, not in the menu before.
For changing the menu, you need to hook into the original files with your .scd file (see Tutorial link)

Maybe you want to upload your mod here, so we can take a look at it for more help.

Greetings, Uveso.

This is how I do the folder structure:

mods\SupFix\
where there are loc, lua and textures folders next to mod_info.lua filled with my details.

If I go to Mod Manager it lists the mod but without the name I have inserted in mod_info.lua. Instead it says <LOC uimod_0006>(No description). It does nothing when I activate it?

Am I missing something?
