The idea is simple - each mex has a circular area of effect, proportional to the tech level of the mex, inside which the owning player's ACU is invulnerable. ACU's can, by default, teleport freely between these areas, apart from the time cost to charge up the teleport. Teleporting as normal must still be added as an upgrade if you want to teleport to non-controlled areas.

In addition, mexes get a massive health boost and a big chunk of regen, with T3 mexes being very very hard to take down - except via OC!. Also, inside an enemy's area of effect, your ACU's regen, damage and rate of fire doubles, so this will encourage people to use their ACU's offensively.

Can it be done? (I would wager yes?)
