Ok....

1. Locate the correct blueprint for this unit

2. Add the additional CATEGORIES required to make the unit NEEDMOBILEBUILD and not built by the factory -- but built by a T3 engineer.

That should get you started. There will likely be other issues (such as footprint issues) but this should get it fundamentally working.
If you have no experience working with blueprints, then I suggest you get acquainted with that first before making this somewhat ambitious change.

In the title, how do you do that? I want to take the seraphim t2 destroyer, transform it into an exp so that t3 engies can build them directly on water without needing a factory. help plz
