being on comms (mumble, curse, teamspeak) would be the better alternative

Hi,

I have the problem that often in random team games I overlook what is written in the message board.
Just now one guy was crying for help and by the time I saw it he exploded...

Is it possible to make a Mod, that basically transforms text to speech from the message board so that I can hear what the guys are typing?
If possible, can I get the voice of Brigitte Badot when she was 25 ?
