I have been experimenting with an all-land build at the moment (at least, for the first 5/6 factories)

Intel is a force multiplyer. Any ammount of land x 0 intel = 0

Solutions:
1. Spam scouts and run them into base.
2. Sneak a Selen into his base with a fobo drop. Set the selen to hold fire, before you put it in the transport. Most players will usually not notice that the transport only had 7 fobo - not 8. Because the selen never moves after the drop, they will never see it. (Of course this would need an air fac ;) )
3. Early Selen build, and hide them on the perimeter.
4. Get T2/T3 radar early.
5. Take T1 engineers with your army, and build frontline radar regularly.

- place landscouts (esspecially as sera, i've seen 2 engy, 3 seleens builds from some of the top players)
- build a radar that cover the enemy base (so you can asume for example, many engys around a factory = possible t2 upgrade)
- build ~3 aa or a static aa turret for your base
- at least your 6th or 7th fac should always be a airfac, because you can run into serious problems otherwise, playing with 7 landfacs is highly and unessesarily risky

I have been experimenting with an all-land build at the moment (at least, for the first 5/6 factories) and find that all too often I really lack information on what my opponent is doing. Sometimes I aimlessly charge in but that only leaves mass for them if they have radar/pd. I don't do this for all maps, but on ones like saltrock colony, Theta passage 5 and particularly williamson's bridge, I always either luck out or lose terribly if I go for an all-land start build.

I mainly choose phim and the selen is obviously a great asset for intel but should i start first unit as selen in order to get close enough to the base for it to be undetected? Even so it might be difficult if commander is still in base.

Should I just build radar points? Is it best to spam pgens to support these radar points?

Should my emphasis not be on scouting? Should I accumulate my troops and push forward blindly not knowing where comm is and where pd is?

Any help would be appreciated - thanks!!
