How to make a biuld template

I've been having trouble trying to figure out how to make a build template. Can someone please tell me how to make build templates or give me a link in the right direction?

I'm poor enough at eco as it is but then I waste more time building things just so, it's very annoying knowing there is a tool there but not how to use it.(But then there is that kick ass moment when you watch your own replay and realize you beat someone in a head on fight who had twice your eco the entire time)
