1. Not reclaiming, he leaved you tons of mass on your base, you should have used it.
2. A bit poor micro, many times you were just standing still with your auroras. Giving that he started bombing you it's quite a big mistake.
3. Not using air advantage, you could have built bombers or get some ghetto gunships since he lost air.
4. Probably too much ecoing, not everybody can use this strategy effectivly. And it's pretty much useless since you could get eco advantage by reclaiming all mass on your doorstep.
Also his raiding in the beginning was quite effective.

Edit: Game time is 15 minutes but when he gets builds the gun it is over so you can stop watching then. Edit 2: I also followed Zock's suggestion of building just Auroras for the first 5 minutes (well, whole game actually) which certainly seemed to allow me to combat him for longer.
