Ah thank you! I didnt know that you can enter the activation code on steam too (but which makes totally sense). Now it works! Thank you guys!

By the way, at least for the American steam store, Forged Alliance is on sale for $2.59 until Jan 2.

So if you need to buy it again (if you can't find your CD key) this would be the best time to buy

You need a valid copy of FA on steam, which you don't have. Just adding it as a link from steam won't do.
You can use yoir CD key as a code with steam to retrieve an actual copy of the game there.

Hello everyone,

somehow the account linking process doesnt work for me.
I get this error: "Error You do not own Forged Alliance on Steam or your profile is private. Please set your games list temporarily to public."
I already set my privacy settings to public, including my games list.

Maybe the problem is, that i didn´t bought FA on Steam. I only have it as a retail version.
Is there any solution to this problem or do i have to buy it a second time?
