Link to FAF Patch Notes?

A friend of mine and I have recently gotten into playing FAF over the original SC:FA; by recently, I mean about two or three months ago.

What I was looking for is a link or something to the Patch Notes, Change Logs, or anything that helps us see what was changed from the old system to the new one. While we knew things were being updated and tweaked (and yes, we understand that there were things that needed it, such as optimization and AI... we do appreciate the work put into that, and absolutely love it just from these two points), there were a lot of changes that have us scratching our heads, wondering why and how much they've really changed.

So, again... patch lists, change logs, etc, as far back as they can go... anyone happen to know where they'd be? I tried the wiki and a general search, but had no luck.
