A report feature was implemented. Go to faforever.com, log in, click on the top right user account management icon and select report player. You can file an report on that page.at the bottom you should also see your reports as well as their status/result.

Hi faf, im new to the game, and had same situation
On this form i had a msg: THIS REPORT FORM IS OBSOLETE.
any other ways to report such players?

Use the report form above ^^ and one of us will look at it as soon as possible

report form
right click on the username in the aeolus chat userlist and click on add foe -> will mute him in the IRC for you and mark lobbies he is in so you can avoid joining them
there is a small symbol to open an option menu for the chat window right next to the button that closes the ingame chat window where you can mute players in game

Problem with an abusive player

Hi FAF,
im new to this community and i have a problem with an abusive player. At the moment Iam at rating "-100" to "0" so yes, im a noob. And mostly i join games titled "noobs only" like that.

Yesterday i had a bad experience in game in wich player named DELETED was calling me asshole, dickhead, idiot and things like that. I ignored him in chat. Then he began to reclaim one of my full health experimental unit. Then he ctrl+k his commander but stayed in the game to insult me further.
Some time later i watched some of his replay and he is acting the same in other games..

Now my questions:
1) Is there a etiquette like rule to not insult other players? If yes where do I report such people?
2) Is it possible to block/ignore chat messages of a particular person ingame?

Im OK with "he wasnt a good teammate" "hes a noob" "build this!" build there!" etc. I know im a bad noob. I watch youtube videos from brinkofinsanity, reading the wiki over and over. I even watch replays. But i need some time to learn. And this insulting guy makes me angry instead of eager for knowledge.
