Worked it out.

I always type the first letter of my email as a capital letter when logging in, just occured to me this might be the problem. I tried it with a lowercase letter at the start and just got my reset email.

I posted in another thread about this issue but I ugess people figured it was solved already, so I thought I'd try making my own thread.

It's been a long time since I last used FAF but I have my username and password written down. I'm unable to login or request a new one via email.

I also tried the link for new account related things site but it didn't work for me.

Any help you can give would be appreciated, thanks.
