i highly suspect that there's a different issue going on here from the ones other people have said

my question is: when ctrl-shift doesn't work, have you been launching the fa exe, or starting from faf? if you launch directly from the main fa exe, with no command line args, you will have none of the inbuilt faf mods -- meaning that you won't have faf balance, you won't have engimod, you won't have gazui (the one under contention), you won't have hotbuild, etc.

if you haven't already, try launching a test game from faf and see whether it works, followed by a fa skirmish game doing the same

Unfortunately just disabling mod might not help
1) you need to delete GAZ_UI, Hotbuild, and AZUI mods if you have any of those. (even if they are in zip files, just move/delete them from mod folder
2) there are 2 mod folders, one directly in game files, one some where in user docs, sometimes people have them in both places and forget to delete one
3) if that does not help you have to "fix" your setting file, easyest way is to delete it and this action will bring all settings back to defaults. (data from game.prefs file can be saved but you will need to dig into it)
Unfortunately it includes video settings and ingame templates and hotkeys and many other stuff

C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\Mods - mod folder (win 7)
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\Game.prefs - settings file

you may consider backing up files instead of deleting them, i have not had alot of problems myself, just heard from other people, so i can't guarantee success

Those options are not from FAF game version.

Maybe a Mod ? GUI: ? GAZ_UI ?

[EDIT] Please disable all mods, and try again ?

Yeah, the GUI is from a special mod.

Do you have any UI mods? I've never seen the word "GUI" in any of my options and I don't have it now.

Also,you can just take a screenshot of your monitor without literally taking a picture of your screen with your phone.

Thanks again for your help, guys. Here is what I get on my interface:

In game it is more extensive, but still no "Reclaim mass value".

Suggestions?

If you scroll down to the very bottom you see an option called "Show reclaim mass value". Change it to "on" and it should work.
