While I do not have the issue, my friend that I am trying to get in to the game has not yet received the email regarding confirmation. This is for the client, not the forums btw. Is there any way to resend it from his end or will he have to speak to someone directly?

Edit: The email not being sent has been resolved, however every single username he attempts to put in is apparently taken, even if he attempts random numbers and letters.
