Installed FAF recently but just kept running into the same error: "The specified account already exists."

There was a thread previously about this but there was no solution (viewtopic.php?f=40&t=11649)

Please see image:

It happens when I open FAF lobby and it asks me to update. After updating it launches the setup dialogue with the REPAIR or REMOVE option. I select repair. It installs for a bit before hitting this error.

So I did all this and tried a reinstall (HOW TO CLEAN FAF instalation - viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11701)

No luck.

I did the checksum thing, instead of getting:
07f8d4a38464a4281704412db67e2a43
I got (had downloaded the file 3 times over a period of a month, they all gave me):
1dd2bfe2e95c0b627332647262916523
The latest 1 I just download got:
a8007099c485555e43c528fde5a9b030

Please see 2 attached files for logs. The msilog.txt - some dude from another thread specified running some command through cmd.exe and that was the output - unfortunately I just can't find that thread again.
Code:
msiexec /i FAF.msi /Lime msilog.txt

In case you were going to say "oh download the FAF.msi again - it recently got updated."

Help..?

PS: I don't have any fancy firewalls or antivirus - just the default ones that come with win10. There was a notification asking for network / internet access and I allowed it. I assume related to firewall.
