Ladder and global ratings are separate. They do not affect each other. Global ratings are also rounded to the nearest 100. You can see you ladder rating in the leaderboards tab and your accurate global rating by right clicking on your username in the chat lobby and selecting player statistics

All right. Now I know I am drifting off this topic, but here's another question:

I played a ladder 1v1 game. My opponent quit, seeing his unstoppable defeat. My rating didn't go up. Then I played a custom Rohan game and my rating went up from 700 to 800 (after the rohan game). Question: How did this B.S. happen? My opponent quit after a 5 min mark (more like past 20 min). The rohan was easy and not perfectly balanced. So...
