Time for a double post now that I've managed to crack the numbers properly:

I still had a screenshot of some units when the old db was still online and a small cut of the image is attached. You can see that the height (second size number) is 6.5, which says 127m.
That means that a a unit (1) equals 19,5384615384615m.
If we determine the unit with the map sizes, we get divide 10000 by 512 to get exactly the same number. Now that we have the unit, we can determinte the actual numbers, by checking the direct blueprints.

The ACU (Seraphim/Cybran): 2.2 (42.98m)
The ACU (Aeon/UEF): 2 (39.08m)
The Mech Marine: 0.6 (11.72m)
The CZAR's diameter: 21 (410.3m)

The SizeY values of the Ylona Oss and Mavor I found were 2.2 and 2 resp., which I can explain for the mavor (only when it's packed/under construction, not when the gun is active) but I don't know the reason for the Ylona Oss. I could try to determine the actual size by the image the OP made but the factor he's off for the GC is 1.3, while he's off by a factor of 1.6 for the UEF ACU and only a factor 1.1 for the CZAR, so it's impossible to do so.

Not my problem that supcomdb no longer exists. I've tried getting to it, but I got redirected to ads for casino websites or something more nsfw.

You can try it yourself (Mind the nsfw part). Here's the link to the ACU in the wiki: If you click the small "f" just right of the ACU image (f.s.e bit), your browser will attempt to send you to that site, but it goes wrong.

Anyway, another source: Here is the Cybran intro movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQ4U3WlqPt8 The pod is more than 2m in height and the ACUs head is almost twice that size.

http://images.wikia.com/supcom/images/8/8a/ACU2.png The ACUs head fits just over 9 times on the full ACU (including spikes, which always counts, with every building's/unit's size), so we get a total size of more than 36m.

Same for the UEF ACU:

The feet fits 9.25 to 11 times in the ACU, so that goes to a size of 37 to 44m, based on 4m feet (person walks in front of it).

It's been in a unitdb of quite some time ago, but that one no longer exists.

An error of >30% is an incredidibly rough approximation.

The sizes are incorrect. The ACU is almost 40m tall, the GC is 137m tall. It's been in a unitdb of quite some time ago, but that one no longer exists. Dots used those values in his books though.
