Wargaming (World of Tanks) bought GPG: http://tweakers.net/nieuws/87292/wargaming-koopt-gas-powered-games.html. I'm not familiar with any English websites that would write about this, so here's a Dutch link instead. That has been put on the site about 5 minutes ago...

I hope (but I also assume) that this doesn't change anything about the future of FAF.

New updates on this - they are still moving forward - new video is up and they are doing a big reveal over the next week with all the features.....here is the new video...

Well, i take it we are all GPG fans. Fingers crossed sup com 2 proves to be one bad apple and not the shape of things to come.

Its just been announced that Microsoft will no longer be releasing any new content for Age of Empires online. Which in effect means it is dead. As you probably know GPG paused work on Kings and Castles to work on AOEO and get it up to speed. (Please see AOEO forums)

Ive done some digging and stumbled upon this glorious website:
