UEF is powerful if given time to build up decent sized navy, cybran is good for a quick rush with ml/sr or even corsairs, aeon is all around the best race can rush effectively with czar and have the best game enders for phantom but lacks in build power if you can deal with that aeon is the way to go. If not go cybran.
Keep in mind Im talking about actually being the phantom if youre inno you are pretty much screwed as cybran.
what i spend my mass and energy on navy if there is a air fight i get ASFS to deal with dounts and bugs and sera bomber < exps > aeon is pretty easy for getting ras play with peformance easy mass and energy in your bank.

I tried UEF, fared better because Neptune class is a spam killer and cooper is the best anti-sub weapon there is. Now I just need to mix in shields and done.

Yes, ZLO, the question is how would I spend my phantom eco properly.

I tried going UEF with Kennels but they are too mass consuming, although they can get a T3 mex transition in <30 sec. -275 mass however, slows my naval production very much.

Tl dr: "how to spend all your resources on bunny roanoke as a phantom" is that your question? xD

As it goes with supcom, unfortunately there is easy recepi for success, first of all just spend all your resources on things that give you more resources efficiently, then just build more stuff that that builds other stuff until you reach negative mass. Then just build units.
The trick here is to keep ecoing up and keep balance with amount of units that build stiff, and don't overbuild anything as well.
Phantom adds some complexety to it. You get bonus that depends on enemy eco. But also you play FFA-ish game at the same time. I have not really thought much about it, but imho you need to keep ecoing until it is clear to everyone that you are a phantom (assuming you are not hiding), then just build combat units and try to be kinda methodical and as you have any progress you should reclaim everything and gain territory as you kill opponents. There are obviusly other ways to play phantom, but you should try to elliminate strongest opponents 1rst, cause weak ones just give you bonus and reclaim by poorly executed attacks.

I also tend to have too few ASF or torp bombers.

Any solution? I usually play Seraphim for those submarine hunters.
