It's GAZ_UI 7. I had this problem, turned off GAZ_UI and it worked. Found some topic where other problems are caused by version 7, so I'm not sure this problem exists with earlier versions.

Seems I am having this issue too..

What I have tried:

1. Starting blackops in custom games.
2. Reinstalling FAF (without cleanup of files)
3. Reinstalling FAF (with cleanup of files)
4. Options -> Clear -> Cache

None of the above worked..

Thanks. I ended up doing a fresh OS reinstall which fixed it.

Have you tried clearing your game cache? I have no such issues on an ancient machine by today's standards.

Whenever I play a blackops game I get extreme lag and there is no ui from the very beginning of the match.
