Definitely not on the mod vault right now.

I searched "black" as per your instructions,
I've waited quite a long time to populate, and definitely nothing.

It's showing BlackOps Gloabal Icon Support Mod V2, but nothing else.

searching may take some time atm since the vault is kinda slow due to some unknown technical issues
the mod is still there and using the word "black" as a search term is enough to find it (it will just take 20-30 secs to load or so)
