I get that it must mess with Truescore though.. would it make more sense to include a handicap option in Powerlobby, and have.it exempt you from score changes any time the handicap is enabled? anytime I want to include a handicap for friends I'm not going to be interested in score anyway.

I like Handicap a lot for friendly games among noobs and non-noobs, though. I shall always voice my wish to see it or something like it in FAF's powerlobby variant.

It does interfere strongly with the accuracy of TrueSkill, however.

What are the filenames (they are all *.scds, right?) for:
  • Sorian AI
  • Sorian LEM
  • Unit Cap Mod
  • ...other incompatible ones?

I think I figured out a safe way to blacklist them without modifying people's FA installs (meaning people won't have to uninstall anything).

FAF will just work. It's gonna be magical!

oooooOOOOOOOOOooooh! That *will* be magical. :)

also, if you plan on putting the LEM in, is that going to include the handicap mod?

Others mods requiring .scd should be turned into featured mods.

Today, a friend couldn't launch FA because he had LEM installed. He got nothing but a black screen. :(

Really, all .scd mods should be done away with and banished >_<

Units Cap
Problem : FA-FAF lobby is proposing more options for units cap (125, 375, 625 and 875). That is not supported in GPGNET, and so it can crash/hang the lobby on GPGNET if the last game you played on FAF used over 500 as units cap limit.
Solution : Rehost a game on FAF, change the unit cap to 500, and rehost on GPGNET. Or only play on FAF :)

You could edit your post?We found the problem now.(For a few weeks)
The game don't stop after one Team won.

PS: uber I used 875 always on FAF :)

To be honest, I'm not sure why the smaller increments (625, 875, etc) are even needed. I've never seen them used, and always play with 1k anyway. :P

Exactly. I dont see how a unit cap can make game more fun. Default it to 1k as well please on the normal lobby.
