Fixed: Just delete binFAF folder and run FAFInstaller and the whole thing works flawlessly.

This is the error log I get when I run FAFInstaller.exe as admin:

IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\THQ\\Gas Powered Games\\Supreme Commander - Forged Alliance\\binFAF\\ForgedAlliance.exe'

FAF Installer freezes on 99% and cannot fully update.
