Again, it can't be related to a FAF-lobby update.

Some TCP connections are not willing to die, making ghosts for some players. It solved now.

I have the same problem since the last update. (11/2)

I can host a game but I can't join.

I uninstall FAF & install it again but nothing change.

Yes, i do, and i just finished a game (that i hosted) , everything went fine... just i can't join any game

GPGNET is not using the same exe, so not the same restrictions,...

Also, you are maybe not using the same configuration (port, ....)

It REALLY cannot be the FAF server.

All it is doing is sending connections commands to FA, and your log prove that it does it correctly.

But a simple question :

Does not the fact that I can join games with GPGNet prove that my network configuration is ok ???
I mean if I can join games on GPGNet, it means that my configuration regarding ports (especially 6112) is correct, no ?

Maybe the rules are corrects, but the packet is sent and not received.

I can't say it otherwise : FA is sending the packet correctly, so it's between the LAN adapter and the LAN adapter on the other hand.
Can be your router or firewall, his router or firewall, and any router of firewall in-between.
