Mods don't work correctly when loading offline mode.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to play a modded campaign using FAF Offline mode (So I can save) but when I do some mods (TVG Fluffy Edit as an example) don't work properly...but they do if I run a coop game through the client (but then I can't save.) Does anyone have any tips as to what I can do or if something may be corrupt with my game?
