The client then downloads the old files.
Go to C:\ProgramData\FAForever\gamedata and rename the effects.nx2 file to 2effects.nx2
The shader information is in that file. The rename causes the gameto still read the old file if you play with the new patch again.

I don't know if it will help you with your issue, though

cpu and ram seem to be fine, maybe it is the new sera shader?
but it happens even if there is no sera in the game
am using intel integrated gfx
faf video settings all on low or off except fidelity on medium
1080p

can i replace these new shader files with the old ones and if so how do i do that?
