Hello Goofyseeker311,

i can confirm, you can cancel the upgrade from T1 to T2, but you can't cancel the upgrade from T2 to T3.

Regarding your other issues i can't reproduce them.
Scoredata is present, quiting game via ingame button, X-windows button and [ALT]+[F4] are working here.

We need your game.log file to say more.

When building a T2 factory and upgrading it in queue when its still being built, you cannot cancel the upgrade.

No score data when game finishes. Windowed mode score screen goes black when trying to quit. Window X does not close window.
