How I understood, it was Nuclear repulsor shields v20, because with all black ops mods there was no problems

Desync means in this case one of those mods have a different version or a file is missing or was changed.

Please delete all 4 mods and redownload it from the vault on both machines.

If downloading from the vault is not working download the mods directly from, here:

the client log doesn't contain any info regarding desyncs in a game
post the game log from the game that desynced
also - did you try playing without mods to see if that fixes it?
