I could find the activation email in our mail delivery system. For some reason the email can not be delivered. Either the email does not exist, or we are blacklisted from this email provider for some reason. I would suggest that your friend tries to use a different email address. The username is still free and can be re-used.

-Checked whitelisting (N/A)
-Checked Spam (Nope)
-Checked Trash folder (also no)
-Checked the use of an alternate E-Mail address (No joy)

A very few possibilities remain for this not working:
-His intended user name (what exactly are the rules there?)
-The system being down (No topics mention this)

Having used much Google, I am convinced that this can be overridden/resolved by moderator intervention.

May I please have the attention of a Moderator to get this account situation un-FUBARED. I wanna play Co-Op with my friend darn it!
