I'm locking this topic as there is nothing we can do nor instruct you to do from your side except "use official client".

Ironically enough, this is a pretty good depiction of the current state of the client. This message was basically implemented serverside to notify users they will encounter issues with unsupported clients... but then since it turns out the python client is unexpectedly coded in a way that, when receiving a "notice", it blocks completely while waiting for user input, this simple server modification basically killed the python client.
This is what we're talking about. Each time we modify something on FAF, the python client _will_ trip over it, even if it's not supposed to.

If someone wants to fix it then that's very nice, but this won't be the last time something like this happens. In the meantime I can only recommend you to use the official client. And I'd even go as far as recommending you to stay on the official client, even if this python client sorts itself out somehow.
As the message says.

EDIT: Moved to tech support

The issue is that the message prevents you from connecting unless you click ok which, if you lose connection midgame and have to reconnect, is terrible since there is no indication whatsoever.

Basically a warning about the client potentially not working properly made the client work not properly.
