I would strongly suggest just watching your replay, hold shift and see why and when your build orders stop.

1) sometimes when you tell a unit to build something, it wont build. i remember a game where i told my acu to build t1 aa. it refuseed to build it. there was nothing wrong - the landscape was even, there was nothing blocking it - i saw the green build shadow, but nothing got built. the order was immediately stopped.

2) i'm 90% this happens - sometimes a unit is told to move, but doesn't move. this has nothing to do with targetting or anything, but it just simply refuses to move. this happens early in the game, late in the game...

3) a problem since gpgnet days: when the game has lots of units, and ESPECIALLY when someone has a slow computer - sometimes you tell units to do things, and they either a) dont do them at all or b) take a LONG time before they start to do things. my best guess as to the problem: there's a built-in command that tells a unit: "if you can't do this command in 5 seconds, stop trying to do it." however, i think this command is a REAL TIME command, not a GAME TIME command - so when there are a lot of units in the game and the game is really slow - if you tell a unit to do something, if 5 seconds of real time pass (which is .5 seconds of game time), it won't do it. but that's just a guess. nonetheless, we all know this happens. and it seems to happen more often when someone with a slow computer is in the game
