@parsec - I had to put the game itself in windowed mode and that enabled it work... but not the preferred way to run it

I found a workaround; setting the lobby to fullscreen (not windowed). Ideally I wouldn't have to do this though. I gave up on two monitors just to have a windowed lobby.

Hi. I apologise if someone has already posted about this. I did a search and didn't find anything.

I have a peculiarity where if my game launches and I alt-tab or change focus before the FAF themed "connecting" window comes up, I just get a big grey screen. The ICE adapter window does this quite consistently which makes it very hard to join games.

Is there a way to force it to launch minimised or not focus itself when launched?

ICE Adapter change is released, you will have to wait for the new client release though:

We are aware of that and investigating possible solutions, just wait a bit, bugfix coming soon.

New Connect Debug screen/feature crashes FAF Lobby

Using downlord's recently updated client (as the old client no longer works), the following happens;

1. I select a game to join and I double click it or click join
2. SupCom begins to load the lobby / the new Debug screen comes up
3. SupCom screen never finishes and its there as gray
3.1 Others see me as in the lobby but I can't interact with anything, I just have a gray window

Out comes
1. I can no longer play FAF as this happens 100% of the time and I cannot enter any games
2. I have to end process on SupCom because it won't respond to close commands
3. This is the same result I would get if I attempted to join a game and selected another window/app during the launch sequence of SupCom Lobby

I shared this in common chat in FAF and Bongojamus said he had the same issues.

I'm glad action is being taken to fix the connection issues, however I am quite dismayed I can't play anymore.
