problem occured on windows 8.1 PC.
I am sure that Downlord's Client is shipped with its own Java version, so that you don't need to worry about updating and installing things.
Error logs are too ugly so i didn't read even my own error log. And as i said, uninstalling and installing again helped. Can try reboot after uninstall, can try temporarely disable antivirus software, there have been reports about windows defender and other AV software causing issues.

closed FAF on my secondary PC and after that i could not start it again
