In the ozone editor, all civilians are placed only once. However, when the game is launched, something in HardFFA causes them to spawn twice, and I have not been able to find out why. I would greatly appreciate if anyone knew how to solve this. The author is "Green_Nymph" if you want to ctrl-f the part of the log where hardFFA loads.
