setting up gallium nine wine for Proton is probably the easiest btw.

- try Ubuntu 18.10, kernel:4.18.0-15-generic
because we don't have this problem on it (with using vanilla Wine, Proton/Wine).

- you could also try gallium nine.
wine + gallium nine standalone + gallium nine compatible mesa drivers (Ubuntu 18.10 has this)

- don't use any mods. quality of performance mod is always making my game go desync at the start. without it, it's perfect.

my config btw is:
Ryzen5 1600X
AMD RX560 4GB
16GB system mem.

no dice. Tried 4.2 ,3.16-8 ,and 3.7-8 beta. Still desync right at the start, before I can even place factory down.

Good Afternoon;

I tried getting some help on discord which told me to post here and I tried a general search which didn't reveal any additional tricks. Additionally, I have tried common fixes like reinstalling FAF, reinstalling SCFA, removing mods, etc. I instantly disconnect from everyone on every game I try; This includes co-op and vs. I use to play just fine till one day when it started, I have even fully reinstalled my OS and the problem came right back after just 5 games; When I tried to reinstall again it came back instantly. I have tried moving where scfa is installed which didn't make a difference. I have been out of ideas for weeks. I am trying to use the original client(not downlords) for the coop function.
