nobody can log in to the forum with their FAF account
the forum and the game don't use the same user database

So.. this is the account I created for development. The account I game with, at some point, had the forum horked up because I used the same email address. I can't log into the forums with the original.

I'd rather keep the original user account. How do I do this?

OK, I needed to log into the www.faforever.com site - not the forum. From there, I used the original login, reset the password, did the steam link, got an error saying my game list needs to be public, made it public -- and then Bob's my uncle.

I still can't log into the forum with my FAF account - but I'm OK with that.
