@PhilipJFry The bireus error you posted is completely normal, it just signals the bireus patcher failing to patch (which it should) and the client falling back to a different patcher.

you could try to relocate/rename your game.prefs file (that file stores your settings/hotkeys for forged alliance)
the game will create a new default game.prefs file when launching the game again
you can find that file in

Thank you very much. Unfortunately, after I wrote the complaint, I made some attempts to play (at that time I did not see your recommendations yet). It turned out to play 2 more times, but there were also unsuccessful connections. I will not do it, as you advised. At the moment, I still care more about the opportunity to play. If it is too difficult to correct the rating, then you should not spend time on it.

When I start the game, there is a high probability that the launch will fail. Some of these games count me as a defeat. My score is 0-7, although I played only 2 games (lost). What should I do and can I somehow lose progress, but it’s a shame to start this way.
