btw i saw in your logs your are using the mod XtremeWars version 1.0.

I have an updated and for FAF patched version (1.3) here:

solved! thanks man. i also just straight up deleted/installed supcom though lol because it was giving errors just deleting downlords client/faf

Hello meldity,

welcome to FAForever.

A desync does not mean that your internet connection has an issue or that you lost a packet.

Desync is an checksumm error based on the simulation data.
This is in 99.9% of all cases a mod or gamefile that has be changed.

To solve this, check "all" gamefiles for the latest version.

Delete every game file downloaded with downlord's client. (delete everything inside httpsgithubcomFAForeverfagit)

Code:: C:\ProgramData\FAForever\repos\httpsgithubcomFAForeverfagit

Now delete every game file from the pyton client. (also here, delete everything inside gamedata)

Code:: C:\ProgramData\FAForever\gamedata

Now start a game to redownload the gamefiles.
(Please test without any mods)

[edit] Don't forget a game filecheck on steam.

K so when i was using my 2.4ghz wifi it seemed i would spike the lag occasionally during ingame play, making the game always desync about 10 mins in(at least i think this is what is happening)

moved my computer out of the room and connected it with ethernet to the modem instead to try my luck. now downlords client/game lobby's won't connect unless they're on wifi 2.4ghz again.

no clue what to do or see where the problem is but here's my latest desync game log. cut to 15 minutes ingame cause pastebins size limit.

really want to play lmao
