first im using the downlords FaF client
so in the 1v1 ranked match tab i click the play button and 1 of 2 things will happen.
in the first scenario- i click play and i will instantly go to the loading screen and a 1v1 match will happen, it all works fine and my rank will change accordingly.
in the second scenario- i click play and it will search for a match for a time, then a Fatal Error will pop up in another window posted below
any help would be appreciated.
