Build progress is reset randomly

My Clan just played a really strange game on Dual Gap Adaptive v5.6. I was the first to fall victim to a bug which randomly reset the build/upgrade progress on my units/buildings multiple times by a seemingly random value during construction. Later it also affected my teammates. Also, the General-Kenobi's replay is desyncing despite that there was no desync during the game. The Bug is visible from ca. 00:19:00 in my base (red, top right, 2nd from the river).
