use windowed mode or borderless fullscreen instead of fullscreen

Hi all,

This is sporadic and I can't recreate it, but more and more often the screen freezes when trying to connect to lobby, so I can't even abort. Even more infuriatingly, it doesn't let you alt-tab out of the window. So I have to get task manager, select it in the background and guess which keys I need to press to shut down the client.

I have tried reinstalling, and I have tried deleting all game files. Any suggestions would be cool.
