Can you screen-cap 30 seconds or so? I might have the same problem, but before whining about it I'd like to be sure it's actually the same
For me it just stutters when I place move or build orders or zoom in/out.

Actually I meant I have 100$ usage on 1 core and around 5-10 on the second. I did check though and it doesn't seem to have any correlation with the stuttering.

The fad client makes the stuttering FAR worse, every game I play online.

no the game should not be able to cause 100% cpu load on your 4 core cpu since the heaviest threads run at best on 2 different cores

I have reinstalled the game now and removed everything from my computer but supreme commander, although my saves were still present so it obviously didn't uninstall everything.

Using a Seraphim mex as a judge of the stuttering. It gets worse through the match, but is also the same on any graphical setting and I get 90+fps

I do however have 100% cpu usage on an i5 4590 which is mjore than enough to run the game, could this be causing the issue? I'm not certain but I remmeber my cpu usage being much lower than that.

If you remember that when you first played this game you didn't have this issue (but maybe it was because you didn't pay attention...), maybe make a new fresh install without any faf patch or anything and start the game and check if it is still happening.

there is an "upload attachment" button below the text box when making a post on the forum
you can use that to upload files instead of pasting 10k lines into a post which is obviously not allowed since the page would become too long

Actually it is now happening in the Forged alliance exe that you suggested as well, when I first got the game this wasn't the case and the hardware is working and on the same computer

Really bad stuttering when using the faf client?

So when I first purchased the game I was only using the normal game, and moved on I FAF. The problem I'm having is that every game I play using it results in constant stuttering. It isn't present in the normal game?

I have reinstalled the client multiple times to no avail, updates my drivers, rolled back etc.

Can anyone help?
