well I'm getting a similar problem. it says my login and PW is wrong but when I try to reset the PW it says Email sent but I don't get an email(not in spam).
I even tried to register and its say there is already an account with that Email. so I'm totally stuck.

tell your friend to pm me his e-mail address so i can look up the username for him
he can do so via forum pm, the IRC or discord

Hi a friend of mine has the same problem. How could he fix the Problem. He thought his username would be Henricus_Rex90. But every combination didnt work and he cant reset his Password because the email/username combination doesnt exist. Now he is frustrated and i want him back at the game.

try without/with capital letters when entering the email

a message being in the outbox means that it has been sent but not yet read
i sent you the username that is registered with the email you gave me

Hello

I'm having the same problem now.

I have not loggedin for some time and can't remember my password.

But when I try and reset my password I get the same error message as show above, "Error! User name and/or email did not match.

Also when I try and creat a new account I get "Error! The entered email adress [email protected] already has an associated account".

Please help.

pm me your email address and i'll ask one of the admins to take a look at the database so i can tell you the username that is associated with it

Hello, I want to play some faf, but neither login, resetting password, or creating a new account works.

Faiter119 is clearly my username

However logging in does not work.

Trying to reset the password does not work:

Because apperantly the username and mail does not match, Ive also tried with all combinations of uppercase and lowercase, which also does not work.

And creating a new account does not work, because there is already an assosiated account..
