okay so euhm, for some reason without me doing shit it is fixed, restarted pc after school and no more problems so far

Does same happen in windowed mode? can you go to menu and change settings?
most weird thing to me that is it not actually an screen update. at 11-13 seconds you can see that screen updates kinda normally, not syncronised with black weirdness that moves from bottom to top. do you have increased CPU/GPU load while game is running?

also happens in game
it kind of is like a shutter opening (from bottem to top) everytime

since the update my screen keeps rendering/refreshing (i think that is how you cal it) when i am in a game lobby
i tried reinstalling FAF, restarting my pc, clear settings, cache and game file's
so far nothing helped
