Downlord FAF will not install

When I try to run dfaf_windows_0_6_32-alpha.exe it starts normally, I choose the default file path and file associations and it starts extracting. However right at the very end I get the error

C:\Program Files (x86)\Downlord's FAF Client\lib\uid.exe could not create this file.

I am using win7 64 bit, have tried running as administrator and re-downlord-ing the install wizard.
