host a coop lobby for every coop mission you want to play to make the client download the map files for you.
then create a shortcut for the FA exe in programdata with a command line switch to start in coop mode

Code:: C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe /init init_coop.lua

then start the game with that shortcut and play a skirmish on the campaign map you want
