There's coop update coming today or tomorrow which should fix all currently knows desync sources. I'll post about it on the whats new page once it released it and you'll surely recognize it by downloading a lot of files with the update

If the problem stays after that, then we will need more info and logs.

We need as much information as possible to help you.

What mission is the first mission? UEF mission 1 ,Cybran mission 1, Aeon mission 1, FA mission 1 ?
Does it work without any mods?
Did any of you have the original supreme commander linked? if yes, both or only one person?

Could you also provide logs and maybe even replay?

Desync

We play with friends in a coop. But there is a desynchronization in the first mission. At the moment after the destruction of the bases of EON.
The version of the games is the same for us.
What is the problem?
